Record Store Day – Black Friday Edition

Record Store Day, when celebrated on Black Friday, is most usually a little colder outside – so I have a Hoodie for that. Same design as the April Shirt, but on a Black Hoodie for Black Friday. It’s my familiar tribute to my love for vinyl records—a ritual that goes back as long as I can remember. The design features a vinyl record printed right in the center, symbolizing those moments of anticipation when the needle hits the groove, and music floods the room.

Growing up, vinyl albums were more than just music; they were something tangible. Holding an album in my hands, flipping through the inserts, reading about the artists, producers, and guest performers felt personal—like the artist was sharing a piece of their world with me. Each album cover was designed carefully, with limited space for what they truly wanted us to know. And every flip of a record through the crates had its own weight, releasing the faint smell of cardboard and paper. For me, record shopping has always been an experience that engages every sense, from the thud of albums hitting each other to the static on the vinyl when you pull it out of the sleeve.

This hoodie celebrates those experiences. Record Store Day keeps the legacy of vinyl alive, preserving that personal, immersive connection to the music. On Record Store Day I feel a bit of nostalgia, this hoodie is more than a design—it’s a story I wear every year for one day.

Available in black.
